okay, i'm not on the backside, yet, but i have acknowledged the fact that i am getting old.
clue #1
the presets on my xm have gone from anything consisting of hip cool tunes to things like sports talk, cnn headline news, potus '08, bbc world and freakin' bloomberg.

oh and the couple of music presets i have left play cool jams from those hip new bands like the cranberries, corey hart, and journey.

clue #2
start my day without reading the newspaper?!?! heresy! and i'm talking "physically turning paper pages where my fingers get all black and there's so much awakwardness in turning those giant pages that you dare not read it without a table in front of you" newspaper not any of this new age interweb newspaper.

third and final clue?
as i'm watching 90210, my concerns for he characters have well, shifted.
travel back in time with me to a place i like to call ol' army.

some of my concerns-circa 1990-2000
1. the peach pit is awesome.
2. valerie! what a skank!
3. such a sweet condo on the beach.
4. who will dylan choose?
and of course:
5. donna martin graduates!

but in this dawning of new army,

i find myself following these story lines:
1. it is difficult for kelly to date when she has a child-who will babysit?
2. isn't there a dress code at west beverly?
3. i am so glad silver is okay after almost drowning as a 4 yr. old.
4. all the wilson's want is a family night-is that so hard to have?
and finally:
5. i truly hope debbie can find them a house in this market, and move out from under her mother-in-law.

i know. i'm old.
